Constitution Day: Democracy Under Duress
Professor Robert L. Tsai, professor of law at Boston University, will put efforts to subvert the 2020 presidential election and ongoing voter restrictions into historical context. He will also identify the most pressing threats to American constitutional democracy, including perhaps the most serious problem: a failure of political imagination.
